Spin2Win Once Off

The end user will dial a USSD number with the intention of purchasing mobile content. The end user will be charged a premium tariff once off, for the mobile content. In addition to the end users mobile content purchase, the end user will receive: 1 free entry to stand a chance to win prepaid airtime vouchers; and 1 free entry into the weekly draw for a promotional prize, i.e.: Grocery Voucher(s), Smartphone(s), Soccer fan kit(s); electronic equipment, etc.

Spin2Win Subscription Service

The end user will dial a USSD number with the intention of subscribing to the Spin2Win service.  The end user will be charged a premium tariff per day to receive mobile content. In addition to the end users mobile content subscription, the end user will receive: 2 free entries (spins) to stand a chance to win prepaid airtime vouchers; and 1 free entry into the weekly draw for a promotional prize, i.e.: Grocery Voucher(s), Smartphone(s), Soccer fan kit(s); electronic equipment, etc.

 

Spin2Win Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotor of the Spin2Win product is Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd.
  2. This product offers mobile content, i.e.: Soccer Mania Facts, Quotes, Inspirational messages and other mobile content.
  3. Spin2Win is a product for end users to enjoy the experience of purchasing quality Mobile Content & gaining Free Entry into Spin2Win to stand a chance to win instant airtime and/or a Promotional Prize.
  4. End users can buy as many mobile content items as they want.
  5. The Spin2Win product will not have a specific start and/or end date, but will be active indefinitely.
  6. The Promotional Prize on offer however will run weekly and/or monthly:
    • Weekly:  Tuesday 00:01 – Monday 24:00.
    • Monthly:  Campaign specific to be included below, when applicable.
  7. All prices include VAT.
  8. This service is available to all South African residents who are 18 years and older.
  9. Compatible with all mobile handsets and available to all Mobile Network Operators.
  10. Network fees & WAP charges may apply.
  11. Errors are billed.
  12. This service must be used with the permission of the bill-payer.
  13. Free SMSs and bundles do not apply.

  15. Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd is a member of WASPA and is bound by the WASPA Code of Conduct. Customers have the right to approach WASPA to lodge a complaint in accordance with the WASPA complaints procedure.   18. By participating in this service (by submission of a response or otherwise), each end user acknowledges that he/she has read the rules applicable to this service (which can be found on http://bit.ly/SpinW and agrees to be bound thereby. In particular, the end user is reminded that all responses submitted in this service becomes the property of Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd upon submission and may be used by Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd in advertising and/or promotional media (or for any other purpose).
  19. The product promotor is not liable for the failure of any technical element relating to this product that may result in a transaction not being successfully submitted.
  20. The winner(s) of promotional prizes will be selected randomly via computer at the end of the campaign on the specified date and will be notified telephonically within 21 days of the selection having taken place. In the event that the winner cannot be successfully contacted following all reasonable attempts to do so on the mobile telephone number from which the service was accessed, the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner in substitution. The name of the prize winner might also be published on http://bit.ly/SpinW after the campaign has ended.
  21. Airtime prizes awarded will be instant prizes.
  22. All contract and prepaid subscribers may purchase mobile content. The airtime prizes however can only be redeemed by prepaid & top up subscribers. When applicable, the airtime pin vouchers will also be sent to contract subscribers who can then use their prize to be redeemed by any prepaid phone subscriber of their choice i.e. family and friends with prepaid accounts.
  23. Airtime voucher prizes are usually recharged within 15 minutes of the winning entry being received from the winner. The recharge time of winnings is however not guaranteed and may take longer to deliver to the specific winner of the airtime winnings.
  24. An end user must have sufficient funds available on his/her mobile phone account to purchase mobile content. If the end user purchasing the mobile content does not have funds available on his/her mobile phone account, no winnings will be paid out to the entrant – if he/she should win a prize.
  25. Should the mobile phone number not be billed the agreed amount due to circumstances beyond our control, no winnings will be paid out to the end user; if he/she should win a prize.
  26. No prizes are exchangeable for cash.
  27. The judges’ decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  28. No director, employee, agent or consultant of Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members, or the supplier of goods and services in connection with this promotion may participate.
  29. The promoters and their associated companies, agents, partners and sponsors shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever arising from an end user’s participation in the product and relevant campaign.
  30. In the event of any dispute arising from the promotion, the promoters may, at their sole and absolute discretion, be able to nominate an independent 3rd party to adjudicate and decide upon any issues arising from such dispute. Such party’s decision will be final and binding upon all participants. The promoter’s, organizers and judges will not be obliged to give reasons for their decisions or to enter into correspondence in connection therewith.
  31. This promotion complies with section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 and is open to all South African residents. Changes to section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 may necessitate changes to the terms and conditions of the competition.
  32. Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the service is always available but does not guarantee its availability.
  33. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the competition, Spin2Win reserves the right in its sole discretion, subject to any written Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  34. With regards to any entry using text via mobile phone or entry via the WEB: Entrants must enter via their own mobile phone. Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd is under no obligation to make inquiries as to who is the owner of the mobile phone or the mobile phone number.
  35. To the extent permitted by law, Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd, Mobile Network Operators, or service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures or any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction.
  36. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd product – Spin2Win’s database.
  37. Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
  38. Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this service offering.
  39. Intarget Mobile Advertising (Pty) Ltd disclaims any responsibility for the inability to enter, complete or continue the promotion due to equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, Acts of God or otherwise.
